Our leadership has worked on projects and with partners internationally and in some of the most austere environments, including an extensive background working on US Government projects in the US and abroad. Norfield Group’s management team has over 60 yrs of combined experience in construction, contracting and contract management including financing. By partnering with both large and small partners, we are able to offer a full range of construction services including design, construction, project management, owner representation, and consulting. Further, Norfield’s owners reside in SC and FL, and are both US Military Veterans. Ms. Crawford, our managing partner and majority shareholder, retired after 30 years of combined active and reserve component service, having commanded at the O-6 (Colonel) level twice. She is 100% SDVOSB. She also served for several years with USACE, including a deployment for construction contracting to Afghanistan, and then as a Federal Judge.
