SLICOM is a joint venture between Street Legal Industries, Inc. (SLI), 8(a) EDWOSB, and AECOM Technical Services, Inc. (AECOM) under the Small Business Administration Mentor-Protégé Program. Both companies separately have Top Secret Facility Clearances, cleared employees and defined procedures to work in a secure environment with classified and controlled information. Having worked together since 2015, the JV was created in 2021 to provide professional Environmental Management Services and Construction Management Services to Federal Government clients, particularly for the DOE Office of Environmental Management, USACE, DOD, and DOI/BLM. Our combined companies provide our clients with a robust local Project Management and Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) team experienced in all types of construction, knowledgeable in Construction Quality Management (CQM) processes and software systems backed by dedicated nationwide resources and vast technical expertise with proven capabilities.
