Our scope of work with the Texas Workforce VR Services for the past 8 years has been to assist adults and students with disability with employment. We educate, mentor and guide them through training’s that pertain to the age, cognitive level and experience. Our programs consist of the following: Job coaching, Job Placement, Supported Employment, Vocational Adjustment Training, Self Employment, Personal Social Adjustment Training, Work Adjustment Training, Summer Earn and Learn Programs and Project Search. All of these training are to prepare our customers for job search as well as to obtain positions that meet every individual’s needs. Through the needs of every individual customer, we also provide job skills training when necessary to keep their jobs. A customer's job placement must match the customer's needs and business needs.
