SLA+Cyntergy JV (DUNS # 11-716-7208) was formed in 2019 to offer the Federal Government experienced small business professionals with military design and programming experience dedicated to working as an integrated unit. We are a full-service AE firm located in Wichita Falls and Tulsa. We have enjoyed previous and current working relationships with USACE, USAF and other DoD components on large and small scale projects, including both renovations and new construction. Our JV team members bring recent experience on Charrettes, PDRs, DD1391 Prep including PC-Cost, Feasibility Studies, Developing RFPs for DB projects to various levels, Value Engineering and Design-Bid-Build Plan/Specification Preparation/Bidding. The combination of our success in responding to aggressive schedules and procurements, integrated approach, design research and innovation and the depth of our combined resources (151 in-house personnel) gives us a competitive advantage in the Federal Government sector.
