TAAG is designed to track your clients from recruitment through training, placement and retention services, and beyond. You will be able to maintain client records pertaining to income and assistance information, education and employment categories, as well as track needs assessments, caseload triage/risk assessments, Individual Development Plans (IDP), case management notes, and client referrals (for training, counseling, childcare, etc.).
