With experience in both Surveying and Engineering from principle staff, VA offers a different perspective than most other firms. Understanding of both engineering design and the legal principles governing land subdivision and property rights in the state of Texas offers valuable insight for City staff. In addition, VA has been involved with numerous expert witness cases over the years which have added to the knowledge base of not only legal principles but serve as examples of how design and construction issues can be avoided.
