ARS International (ARS-I) is a project development corporation specializing in developing, financing, and implementing energy infrastructure and electric power plant projects worldwide. ARS-I conceptualized and was the lead developer and is a financial stakeholder with Kinder Morgan, on a $170 million 166 MW combined cycle power plant. This plant won Four Westinghouse Awards as the Best Combined-Cycle Power Plant in the world. ARS-I provided expert testimonies before the PSCs on electric power rates of Duke Power, Pepco, and BG&E. ARS-I led project development efforts for renewable energy projects in hydroelectric, wind, solar. BESS, oil and gas assets, lpg, pipelines, e&p, cement plants. ARS-I assisted in developing and implementing energy policy reform, institutional and regulatory policy frameworks, energy conservation programs, for the US Navy’s Strategic Systems Program Office, Department of Energy, HUD, USAID, USTDA Trade, The World Bank and the UN.
