Our owner is a former military acquisition officer who developed Request for Proposals (RFPs) and participated in many source selections evaluating industry proposals to the Government. In civilian life, he was a capture manager and acquisition executive for major corporations including Northrop Grumman and Hewlett-Packard where he successfully led the capture process for billions of dollars’ worth of procurements.
