At Locksley Farmstead Cheese Company, every wheel of cheese begins with our pasture-raised cows. Their milk is used exclusively to craft our small-batch, handcrafted cheeses. We’re proud to be NRCS EQIP certified, reflecting our commitment to sustainable agriculture and responsible stewardship of the land. Each day, milk flows from our on-site milking parlor and transported to our onsite pasteurization and production facility. Our cheesemakers transform it into a diverse range of styles, from creamy bloomy-rinds to bold, aged wheels and truckles. Every cheese is a reflection of the care and craftsmanship that defines our farmstead philosophy. Our cheeses are available wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and retail-ready, and they shine in specialty pairings and collaborations with local wineries and restaurants.
