WLIP provides permitting, mitigation and stormwater solutions for the range of projects and environmental challenges. As an example, WLIP has a permitting track record that minimizes cost, negates risk, and assures compliance for permittees with unavoidable impacts to waters of the United States under the 1973 Clean Water Act (CWA). All of our projects consistently achieve or surpass no net loss of functions and values for wetlands and all the ecological systems overseen by agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and state environmental departments. WLIP has also achieved numerous successful outcomes through mitigation banking and permittee-responsible mitigation under the CWA and other related state and federal programs. WLIP applies this same approach to all of its permitting, mitigation, habitat restoration and climate resilience projects for clients across a range of environmental sectors.
