&Access believes retail brings people together, which is denoted in our name and our vision of determining what is achievable when the goods and services are available to all. “And” purposefully leads our name, as we partner with clients to create collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven strategies appropriate for their real estate, business, and customers. We accomplish this goal by creating custom, innovative data- and design-centric retail strategies for stores, developments, and communities of all sizes. Our process begins with a deep analysis of data and the systems that impact the project. The resulting strategies often include retail district plans, market analyses, policy and regulatory recommendations, incentives planning, capacity building and change management, and small business development. And, each strategy is often co-created with the community in which the project serves.
