Charles Mann Enterprises has successfully completed various projects, including the Delaware River Toll Project with Bracy Construction, District Townhomes with Knutson Companies, and the Heritage Mechanical project for DC Health and Smithsonian POD 6. Additionally, we contributed to Northwest One Phase 2 in collaboration with subcontractors Reliant Mechanical and CG Electric, provided Project Management and Office Engineer services with Hensel Phelps, and currently working on the IAD Concourse Tier 2 Renovation alongside Turner Construction and Rosendin Electric.
