Pathfinder Health has developed an app (mobile + desktop) that uses a new process to identify concerns of early childhood developmental delay conditions, including autism. It's a revolutionary process that decouples data collection and tracking from in-office visits with primary care providers. This asynchronous process will allow us to do continual surveillance and data collection while offering algorithmic alerts when there is a concern - allowing parents to seek help sooner, allowing clinicians to remotely assign follow ups and schedule in-office visits sooner for urgent issues, and also allow parents to self-refer to specialists when needed.
