Taiji·Fit helps organizations deliver education, training and direct wellness classes to their employees and to the people they serve. Our programs focus on accessibility and retention, the two most important elements in any learning process. As a special area of expertise, Taiji·Fit provides both online and in-person wellness classes including Tai Chi, yoga, breathwork and meditation to special groups like Veterans and seniors. Our online classes are both live and interactive and recorded for viewing on-demand. TaijiFit is people driven. Our in-person classes are led by experienced, certified and vetted instructors. These trainers and instructors are very familiar with the educational needs of government agencies - and how education can make a difference to the people who work in them. Taiji·Fit also creates multi-media education and training materials for offline use. This includes video, text, graphic and audio resources for use in any training setting.
