Since 2015, Theripion, Inc. has been in the Seattle area creating biotechnology funded and operated by experienced industry executives and scientists. Our focus is on biologically validated targets like paraoxonase, Apo A-I and deoxyribonuclease (DNAse). These are important in a multitude of diseases and conditions including heart disease, inflammation, autoimmunity, pulmonary fibrosis, cancer and neurologic diseases. These lead to some of the leading causes of death and debilitation in society. Additionally, paraoxonase enzyme is important for providing protection to soldiers and civilians against chemical nerve agents. We own the patents and patent applications for a robust paraoxonase platform to develop molecules that can give the United States government an edge in countermeasures to these threats. Our goal is to get this and other treatments to those who need them as soon as possible.
